URL and have it translated to a smaller, more sendable URL.

You will see your new, shorter URL on the next page.  When
someone clicks your new URL, they will not be blindly forwarded.
Instead, they will see the final destination and be able to click the
link if they so choose.  This prevents "bait-and-switch" linking.
